The story starts in Switzerland from small beginnings in Locarno with a big ambition: to produce DJ tables natively designed for professionals, performing better than stage decks, made for feet, not hands.

By chance, Thierry Fara gathers Red Bull's request to create a tailored table for DJ artists performing in its events. Red Bull placed it on a lounge terrace. Here, several people began to notice the different functional design. The first purchase requests came. The first handcrafted production took place to serve these customers' requests.

Tables on professional stages — used by the greatest DJs in the world — were actually built with stage decks. It was the shot to design "native" and performing tables for these music temples, tailored to their unique needs. In Summer 2018 an innovative modular and sliding prototype was developed; both pro artists and Ushuaia backliners suggested various improvements, which led to the first supermodular Dj Rolling Riser for DJ artists on stage. Blacktable was born. In a short time, other great Ibiza clubs such as Pacha, Destino adopted Blacktable as their permanent solution.

In 2019 a first and small industrial production took place. A further improved mechanics, a new assembly design was developed for both DJ Tables and DJ Rolling Risers. Orders came from all over the world. Clubs, beach clubs, festivals, rental services, bars and restaurants.
